One way to help do that is to create special reports on community needs you address.
Reports on issues in your community do not need to be long or complicated. You should explain, clearly and simply, what the problem is, and talk about its causes. Who does it affect, and how? What strategies and programs have shown success in addressing the problem? How can people get involved as donors and volunteers to help fix it?
Publish the reports in special publications and on your website. Summarize them in your email newsletter and annual report. Share them with donors and at special events.
